Payments
We accept PayPal’s payment service for online transactions via credit/debit card payments. Sensitive credit card details are not stored at PeatmoorPhotography.co.uk, so there is no risk to the customer’s private information. You do not need an existing account with PayPal to place your order. This is a secure method. PayPal will not pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party. For those customers who do not wish to use online systems of payment, please contact us on 01793 874298 or email us at les@dobbsl.fsnet.co.uk to arrange an alternative method of payment. Because our prints and services are carried out to specific requirements, cleared payment is required prior to commencing your order.
All prices are effective from 1st January 2007, and we reserve the right to revise prices as required due to unforeseen conditions. We will advise you of any changes as soon as possible.

Cancelled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order made from our web site, please contact us by telephone on 01793 874298 as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been initiated.

Delivery
We aim to process orders within 10 working days of receiving payment. This gives us time to check and carefully package items for safe dispatch from our premises by carrier. However, this time can vary, depending on the current workload or any special requests. We will keep you informed by e-mail of the estimated completion date if there is any delay. Please contact us at any time for an update on your order.

For UK mainland and Ireland, shipping charges are £7.50 up to 15kgs in weight. This is accepted by the customer once an order is made.
Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes plus an increase in shipping costs. These extra charges will be passed on to you. Please contact us if you require an estimate.

Returns Policy
We operate a full and fair returns policy. Your rights are protected under EU Distance Selling Directive and under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. All we ask is that you pay the cost of returning the goods to us. Customers are solely responsible for the safe return of goods undamaged. An inspection will be carried out on all returned prints to check for signs of use that would prevent us from reselling them as new. If the goods are in mint condition, a 100% refund will be issued. If payment has been received in advance we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Liability
While every effort has been made to ensure that the information available on our web site is true and accurate, we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. Liability is not accepted for any errors and omissions and we reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products, and services. However, we shall endeavour to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible.
We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of this web site or from using any products or services purchased from this web site.
